Location

The resort hotel is located right on the beachfront next to the Wild Wadi water park. Dubai International Airport is located roughly 25 km from the hotel.

Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.     Wonderful hotel with extraordinary service and breakfast/food offer. Most beautiful beach in Dubai. At night many restaurants as well as shops at Madinat Souk in walking distance.

    Honestly, I just want to say a big thank you to the housekeeping team. Pascalin and Pauline are wonderful.They are very kind and always smiling. The room is perfectly clean every time, and they even clean it several times a day, paying attention to every little detail.The room always feels fresh, and it really makes you want to come back again.Thank you so much ❤️

    A longer than expected stay

    We had planned to stay here for 8 days but because of the war conflict we ended up staying 16 days. The hotel staff were amazing, so kind, friendly and caring in such difficult circumstances. A particular shout out to Juliet and Zainab who worked in the lounge bar/terrace and could not have been kinder. The quality of most things in the hotel was excellent. During week one (pre war) I did not realise quite how busy the hotel would be with families and small children and that made breakfast a rather 'grin and bear it' session. When booking, I had no idea that so many families would be in the hotel. However, during the second week the numbers reduced as did the guests overall as we all waited for flights to get home. The concierge was also super and very helpful. It was great to be able to access so many restaurants in the other hotels and the souk with such ease. The abra drivers were a delight to talk to.

    Absolutely outstanding hotel, with a brilliant team and service! My visit here started the day the conflict in the Middle East broke out, however I couldn’t fault the staff who were all on hand and were doing there best to reassure all the guest in a very unsettling time.Rooms, restaurants and service overall were outstanding, best Jumeirah experience I’ve had to date. I visit Dubai annually, and to this hotel I would indefinitely be ack. Would highly recommend!
