  The room feels so huge, very comfortable and the layout is nice. The bathroom set up luxuriously and it work well for me. The staff that I talked to was Prakash, he is very professional and friendly. The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone when he/ she visits Dubai in the future.

  I stayed at this hotel for three weeks, and it became much more than just a place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. From the very first day, I was touched by how kind, friendly, and genuinely caring everyone was.I would like to give my deepest thanks to Ms. Icha from the restaurant service. On my first morning, she kindly helped me during breakfast, and from that moment on, every day she welcomed me with such warmth and a beautiful smile. Those small moments meant so much to me and made each morning special. I will always remember her kindness with gratitude.I am also very thankful to Mr. Simpo from the bell service, who supported me from check-in until check-out. His help, professionalism, and positive attitude made my stay smooth and comfortable.My sincere appreciation also goes to the housekeeping team for always keeping my room clean, cozy, and comfortable. It truly felt like coming back to a peaceful space every day. And thank you to the room service team for being so quick, efficient, and attentive to every request.It’s not just the hotel, but the people who made this experience unforgettable for me.   I stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai from March to April 2026. The level of service I received from the very first moments of check-in until checkout was outstanding.The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Immediately afterward, the bell service assisted me with my heavy luggage and delivered it to my room. They also took the time to explain every amenity in the room and how to use it, which is something I had never experienced before. The front office and bell staff are professional in every aspect.Housekeeping maintains an exceptional standard: the room is cleaned at least twice a day, making it feel as if you have just checked in each time. This includes changing the bathrobe, refreshing the bed every single time. Breakfast is what I will miss the most. There is an extensive selection catering to every dietary preference from fresh fruits and pastries to freshly prepared omelets and scrambled eggs. The restaurant staff remembers every your preference. They also offer hot drinks as soon as you enter the restaurant, which makes the experience smooth and pleasant. Special thanks to Mr. Jinto for his exceptional attention not only to me but to every guest during breakfast.The hotel also has a professional big gym, and a swimming pool with warm water regardless of the weather. The pool staff takes care of your safety at all times. After some physical activity in the pool, I experienced a leg cramp; Mr. Anton noticed immediately and was ready to assist, which was extremely helpful. I would also like to thank Mr. Thilina for his dedication and special attention throughout my stay. Additionally, when you visit a pool. I highly recommend ordering a special cocktail in a bar, prepared by Mr. Kushal, who is a true professional in his field.You can always rely on the front desk for any request from help with navigating the city to arranging wake-up calls. Ms. Imtithal is especially helpful in guiding you around the city, estimating travel times, and offering additional support whenever needed. I am grateful for all the attention provided during my stay. Mrs. Prescilla is also very professional, provides excellent advice, and is always ready to assist with any request. The front office team manages perfect coordination between departments when you request anything.
