    Not recommended at all.- technical problems always , poor WI-FI, frequent electric outages.- customer service very low ( not giving the full and correct information )- no quiet rooms ( you can hear your neighbors in their room )- the charges are not equal to the bad service at all.- they ask to keep your ID or passport with them if you are in the room while all UAE hotels are not asking that anymore advise: do not book there wherever the reason

    MayFair Hotel is situated next to Lamcy Plaza . Do not get confused with Grand MayFair , as Grand is better service . No Metro station in surroundings , though paid car parking is available . Hosekeeping level is really pathetic and poor Staff are not helpful

    This hotel its very worse hotel grand Mayfair.im Tomuch UPSET end VERY BAD DAY.this hotel only is very Worse i check in this hotel very bad they don't know how to handle the guest end very road.i book one room for two person. End then they told They not allowed visitor i book for two person.they asking me to book other room way like this.we are two person.they give my partner other.they want me to book other room.im tomuch upset end very worse hotel .end iwent to the room very Worse. The Duvet not Change all the Linens. Blood Stained Turn Linens Very Worse. I Will Never Recommend this This Hotel to My Friend end Family and College.im Never Recommend.End I NEVER COME BACK THIS HOTEL WORSE.

    There was a lack of water on November 08th. The GM of the hotel were downstairs and had no emotional sense or support while I asked why there's no water in the whole property. I wanted to cry. Felt so humiliated.Himself turned his back land walked away. I am speechless this happens im hospitality. A GM rude and unfair. No patience to talk with a guest. Below are the evidences that the property lacks a lot of maintenance and care. Stay away from this property.
