This hotel is located on the prestigious Al Maktoum Street close to Jumeirah Beach at the heart of the Deira business district of Dubai. It is a short 10-minute walk to the creek and links to the public transport are also to be found directly in front of the hotel. The international airport is 15 minutes drive away.

Facility

212 rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Poor experience at Knight Castle Hotel in Dubai

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel during my two night stay. Unfortunately, much of this was due to the behavior of the manager Mr. Jimmy.After I had already checked out, he stopped me for about 7-10 minutes because he suspected I might have used items from the minibar despite my clear statement that I had not. This felt unnecessary and uncomfortable especially at checkout and there is a way to check it.Additionally, I observed him staring in an inappropriate and uncomfortable manner at guests seated near the reception including female guests. I later overheard some of these guests discussing the same concern in the elevator which suggests I was not alone in noticing this behavior.Such conduct reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards of professionalism and guest respect. I strongly urge the management to address this seriously whether through corrective training or other appropriate action.
