The best staff and accommodation. Everybody greets u with a big smile making ur day a good way to start. The location is perfect for awesome walks and strolls. Given the chance to come back, i’d always choose to stay here. KG has welcomed us in such a warm way that our stay was meant to be spectacular! We travel a lot (7-8 times a month), and we truly appreciate when everyone is professional, but with an amazing energy, willingness to make your day, and spontaneously kind and helpful. KG has remained a joy to bump into every time during our stay and he helped my husband have the smoothest check out with small thoughtful gifts for us which simply rounded up the whole experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities one would need, the pool bar is one of the most relaxing and comfortable ones we have been to, and the service and kindness of everyone is truly genuine and impressive. We also received an upgrade by a Reception Manager who was highly professional and welcoming. Last but not least, the City Walk location is perfect for those who love to walk but want to be close to DIFC by car. We will definitely be back!
