2 apartments, 42 single rooms and 73 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Worst breakfast ever

    I stayed at Lavender Hotel in Deira and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I found cockroaches in the toilet, which was extremely unpleasant. The breakfast was awful, very limited in variety, heavily spiced in a way that didn’t suit me, and overall not enjoyable. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep at night. On top of that, nightclub noise could be heard in the rooms, which disturbed the rest.While the hotel is conveniently located, the cleanliness, comfort, and food quality were far below expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay.

    The staff is rude and not cooperative. There was a smell in the room when entered, light sockets didnt work and maintaince person was called after checked inn.. the flush didnt work too and when we told them they said theres nothing we can do about it. Rooms were left uncleaned and the house keeping very bluntly said ‘thats how we clean it’. Furniture is damaged. Its a low class hotel! Wouldnt recommend.

    After 4 days of stay , while my daughter was playing with her toys , under the side table found a used condom which is very unhygienic. we asked them for a refundThen they started blackmailing the poor staffs that their salary will be deducted But the reality is it's the fault of management and reception staff who allow prostitution to happen and let customers come in for it in a family hotel When we waited for conclusion that we want a refund they started blaming us it's our condom which is so shameful Take a serious action soonHave a picture for reference

    Awful place, not a hotel

    A very poor old hotel without any supervision. Very awful breakfast and very local staff who only speak their own language. The reception and room service do not handle passenger requests and we have to call several times for them to answer. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception for 10 minutes, and then during the check-in, their device was broken, and it took about 30 minutes to check-in. One star is too much for this hotel

    I had a great time staying at your property. The way Mina assisted as a 1st time in your hotel she is a top notch. She is an asset! To add Raj, house keeper, who quickly assisted me of what I need, was pleasantly attentive. Happy on his job. The scent of the hallway is amazing as if I am inside of Burj Khalifa! When I entered the room, 515 and I wish to get the same room on Saturday again, was spacious, very clean, sheets are crispy spread, bidet is clean (which I am very particular), both sink and bath tub are clean, it is almost perfect the place is really quiet I spend most of my time sleeping which is my aim. Just a simple comment bath towels are almost worn out. And the sofa seats have stains I wish some occupant/guests will be careful from spilling like coffee on the couch. To top it all I will certainly coming back. Plus i do not need to ask for a praying mat and quran as it is safely on a drawer. Thank you Lavender see you next weekend. I enjoyed the night. Salute 🫡
