    We had an amazing stay at Legoland Hotel and created wonderful memories with our family, especially with our son who had an unforgettable time. The hotel experience was truly special from the moment we arrived — the atmosphere, family-friendly activities, and attention to children made the stay magical.A special thank you to the Front Office team, especially Mohamad and Fadhil, for their outstanding service, warm welcome, and genuine hospitality. Their support and care made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. It is rare to find such dedicated and professional service, and they truly made a difference.We highly recommend Legoland Hotel for families looking for a fun, memorable, and well-organized experience. We will definitely come back again!

    Very disappointing stay

    I had a very disappointing experience at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai and would not recommend it.From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process had extremely long queues, and the lobby is very small and overcrowded, making the whole experience stressful rather than welcoming.The hotel itself felt super packed. There is only one small pool, which was heavily overcrowded and not enjoyable at all.We booked one night half board, and dinner was honestly a disaster. The food selection was very limited and not even tailored for kids, which is surprising for a family-focused hotel. The burger was undercooked, and the pasta was beyond horrible—completely bland with two tasteless sauces on the side.The appetizers were equally disappointing: the tabbouleh was overly salty, the vine leaves were poorly made with barely any filling and tough leaves, and there wasn’t a proper main course available. The entire dining area was messy and dirty. Watermelon wasn’t even properly sliced, and desserts were not served in individual portions.Hygiene was also concerning—disposable cups were dirty, and when I poured a drink, there was oil floating on top. There were no waiters available to take drink orders or clean tables. When we finally asked someone for new utensils, they didn’t even bother bringing them.As a pregnant woman traveling with my daughter, we couldn’t eat properly at all, which made the experience even worse.The room experience wasn’t better. We couldn’t choose the room theme and were forced to accept a random one. The AC couldn’t be controlled and the room was too cold. The hand soap was fixed too far for a child to reach. There was no minibar, no water provided, and only one bath towel was available.Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely not worth it, and I would not come back or recommend it to anyone.

    We went for birthday celebration for my Son; The services are beyond ordinary! It’s the best family hotel and definitely worth checking in. Special shout out to Novelyn and Sandy for the superb hospitality.

    Perfect for family visit. The staff is very welcoming specially to our kids. Despite the ongoing situation, we still feel very safe and we enjoyed every activity. Activities are made not just for kids but for us parents as well. Special thanks to Novelyn for being so professional and accommodating with our request. Can’t wait to get back on our next family celebration. Thank you Legoland Hotel Dubai!

    Not a great experience

    Just returned from a Saturday night stay with my family and we are exhausted. The legoland parks are closed due to the regional conflict but previous reviewers and the hotel website suggested there was still plenty for kids to do at the hotel. That may be true if the hotel had not been completely full with all the other guests also of the same mind. On arrival I was in two minds whether to proceed with check in. The reception area was chaotic, full of people. We did check in but I regretted it. The hotel site is very small. The outside area consists of just the pool which was very overcrowded and I am sure not too clean. Inside, the play areas were very overcrowded too, to such an extent it was difficult for my two kids to get a look in. To be fair, the staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be and the food was actually pretty reasonable. Under normal circumstances if the parks were open I am sure all would have been fine but if you are thinking of going here right now do not go at the weekend until the parks reopenAt night, the hotel forgot to turn the loud music off outside around the pool which you can hear inside the rooms. I went down at 11pm to ask them to switch off which they did with apologies, poor really. It would normally be turned off when the pool closes at 6 I believe.The rooms were nice but you still have to contend with loud badly behaved kids screaming down the corridor until late at night. My kids are no angels but being 6 and 3 I try to get them down by 8, clearly not everyone's idea of parenting. We left straight after breakfast with a sigh of reliefI won't be returning
