Location

Ideal for families and singles, this boutique hotel is situated on a main road in the heart of Dubai, near the sea. There are a number of shops nearby.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 178 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a heating stove ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Those who prefer to stay active while on holiday can enjoy a gym or, for a fee, massage treatments. In addition, a spa and massage treatments are offered by third-party operators. Guests can enjoy indoor activities, including table football. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a café. Catering is provided by buffet and à-la-carte restaurants (air-conditioned and non-smoking). Half board is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast from the buffet or à la carte guarantees a great start to the day. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes, organic food, halal food, kosher food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food (on request) provides for little ones' well being. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    Good value for money considering the location of the hotel, just a 5-10 min walk to the metro station and an extra 10 min walk to the mall through an indoor walkway, Rooms are well appointed and the staff is supportive and understanding. In fact, I got stuck in Dubai for nine days because of the confict in the Middle East, and the hotel gave me a discount for the extra nights that I had to stay in. Special thanks to its general manager, the reception staff and the guy from Sri Lanka working at the bar. They were really helpful during these hard times.     Wonderful and Comfortable Stay

    We stayed in LEWA hotel from 1st Feb to 5th Feb. 2026. Nice location, near to burjul khalifa/Dubai Mall. Hotel environment is also good, nice, caring and cooperative staff. Buffet breakfast was awesome. I would like to thanks Yin yin win, Muhammad Riaz and Denise those give us nice partial Burjul Khalifa view room upon request, nice hospitality and swimming guidance respectively.     Very friendly people, good location, good and spacious rooms, clean rooms, 24 hour reception, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, close to all facilities. A small disadvantage is the missing sockets, which are not European. Very big plus is that the hotel is inside a Mall, it was perfect. Thanks to Gada, Emerdix and Riyaz.     Just perfect!This is a very good hotel! Amazing staff, kind and courteous.Rooms are very clean, amazing and varied breakfast.Great facilities and a nice pool on the top.The hotel is extremely central and close to the Dubai mall.Uber ride very cheap to most places or you can walk through Dubai mall to Burj Kalifa.I will return and stay here again.ALL STAFF are amazing.
