This hotel is located on Al Muteena street, around a 15-minute drive from Dubai airport. The centre of Dubai, with the gold souk, the World Trade Centre, the congress centre, the convention centres, the Clock Tower, the trade centre, the Dubai museum and the Creek Golf and Yacht Club, lie around 7 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 126 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     During our recent trip to the mainland, we stayed at the Gateway Hotel in Hong Kong both before and after our travels. When we checked in for the second time, the front desk staff, Jordan, Nicky, and Jason along with the concierge team, David and Mathew welcomed us back with such warmth and enthusiasm, greeting us by name just as if we were family returning home. It was truly heartwarming!They even upgraded us to a beautiful suite! We are truly grateful to the entire staff at Gateway for their warm hospitality!👍👍👍👏👏👏
