    Our stay was excellent, considering we were caught up in the Middle East situation and our stay was extended by 10 nights, all the staff were very helpful and understanding of our situation. I would like to express a special thank you to Shipon and Shoaib who gave outstanding service throughout our stay. The pool area is lovely and always clean. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent amenities. The restaurants are excellent with happy hours daily.We would like to express our deepest gratitude for everything.

    I have selected Al Jaddaf Marriott Hotel to enjoy my Kuwait National Day Holiday and stayed for 7 nights, upon arrival I have been upgraded to executive suite as Ambassador Elite Member. Part of my benefits was access to the executive lounge, suhoor in the market place inside of breakfast.The staff in executive lounge were very friendly and welcoming all the time.For the suhoor in market place was amazing, the food selection , the staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.The important part was during my last day, I had to extend my stay for four nights because of the Iranian-American war, my flight was cancelled, it was a tough time for me as a solo traveler , but the hotel team made me feel like I’m in my home, and they offered me all the support I needed.I want to thank personally.Mr.Pankaj and Ms.Varshini from the front desk.Ms.Jonirose and Ms.Katrina from the executive lounge.Mr. Jeffrey and Mr. Ephraim from the concierge team. The support that I received during this crucial time was highly appreciated.Simple gesture like asking me are you okay , do you need anything went a long way and made a huge difference.Thank you so much Al Jaddaf Marriott Hotel Team Members for everything.Looking forward to seeing you soon when things settle down.

    We were struck for 10 days in Dubai during the US - Iran conflict. We ended up in the Marriott by chance. In what was a difficult situation, the hotel and all its staff have been absolutely amazing. They provided everything we needed to feel comfortable, safe and reassured. They have been incredibly generous and good spirited despite it also being difficult times for them. Shipon, Shoaib, Sabri, Poonam, Chona and Alecza in the restaurant and bar were particularly lovely.
