    Very engaged and thoughtful staff. The prioritized my comfort, they were flexible and accommodated my needs. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished , practical and worth every penny. Definitely my go to place now in Dubai. Special shout outs to Vishwa, Omkar, Taher Sammani from the reception, John and the ladies from the restaurant(couldn’t get their names but all shifts between 08 Feb to 13 Feb. the breakfast is very hearty and generous.     Best experienced i ever had, the staff are very accomodating specially Rosel the staff in Mesa Restaurant, she is friendly, kind and helpful. The food is very authentic.     The hotel accommodations are cozy and well-priced, offering good value for money. The Turkish restaurant within the hotel is a highlight, providing a delightful experience. You can enjoy a delicious à la carte breakfast for just 25 AED, which is an excellent deal, along with other tempting breakfast options. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to guide you through the extensive menu. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Rosel and her colleagues for their outstanding service. They truly deserve a bonus for their hard work and dedication.
