    The washrooms on M1 were so dirty that never seen that much dirty washrooms in my life , other than the manager all other staff was so lazy

    The stay was truly enjoyable. I was given a room on the 21st floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Saurav and Mr. Sujith at the reception.room The rooms require some upgrades, as it lacks a bit of modernity. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant stay.

    The hotel is within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The staff is very friendly. There is a shuttle service to Kite Beach. The view from the window is stunning.

    I have a booking with Millennium central downtown Dubai for the 23rd March 2026.With the current UAE conflict I am unable to attend from the UK and is not recommended to travel as per government advice. My travel agent (Southall Travels) and myself have been trying to contact you multiple times to cancel the booking, and have not heard back from yourself over the past 1.5 weeks. My booking is due in 3 days and I am extremely disappointed with your service. I can see that you have sent multiple replies to new reviews over the past week on trip advisor. Pls can I have some guidance as to how I can go about cancelling my hotel stay As soon as possible.
