    Security Team - Mr.LuckyFront Office Team - Mr.Shahrukh and Mr.AbdulWith their help, I got back my personal phone and Visa Card (Extremely important). I ran to hotel after noticing I lost my phone. When I got the reception, the receptionist gave me a glass of water and make me calm down. After that, the security gave me my lost items. Excellent Service and I will never forget this service.

    During this crisis, while many people are already under stress, Millennium Hotels has been increasing room rates daily for guests who are currently staying there.We contacted the hotel in advance to book a specific room category using the Esaad discount. We were informed that the rate would be AED 350 per night. However, upon arrival, we were told that rooms in that category were unavailable, and we had to pay AED 495 for the first night.The following day, a receptionist informed us that the rate for the next night would be AED 850 due to a price increase. We spent nearly an hour requesting reconsideration. Eventually, after a shift change, another staff member agreed to charge AED 520 without breakfast.It is difficult to understand how the rate changed so significantly within a day, and how a change in staff resulted in a different price. During a time when the community is facing hardship, businesses should act responsibly and support the public rather than increase prices unpredictably.We request fair and transparent pricing, especially during such challenging times.
