    I would like to sincerely thank Ron, Giath, and a housekeeping team member named Giobinda, who took such great care of my room throughout my stay.Overall, my experience was excellent. The entire staff is extremely competent, and their customer service consistently exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication shown by the team.

    We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. We checked in on 17 February at around 1:30am and were warmly welcomed by an incredibly kind and professional member of staff whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch. His generosity and attentiveness made a lasting impression on us.To our surprise and delight, he upgraded our standard room to a beautiful apartment with double beds and a stunning view of the Museum of the Future. It was an unforgettable gesture that made our stay even more special.We are extremely grateful for his kindness and exceptional service. Experiences like this are what make a hotel truly stand out. We highly recommend this hotel and sincerely thank the team for such outstanding hospitality.All Staff was amazing and very helpfull. We will be back. For Us its number 1 hotel in Dubai. We love this place and stunning views.

    I stayed in a junior suit in the millennium hotel with my three year old in February 2026. I thought the room was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities and handy location. I would definitely recommend.

    Best avoided. The rooms are dated and dirty, rusty bathroom. Very dark with little natural light. The room smells bad and musty and the corridors stick of cigarette smoke even none smoking floors. Old dated restaurants and horrible buffet breakfast. The staff are pleasant enough
