    A perfectly appointed airport hotel (you are across the road from it basically) so it is fit for purpose. Rooms are appropriate and service is good and efficient. Free parking and free wifi. It's not luxury but you don't need it for a short stay before catching your flight in the morning. Reasonably priced. Recommended.     Just a night before our flight

    We used this hotel since our flight was scheduled really early. The service is really good, everyone is friendly and trying to help. the location is still a bit away from the airport, so you need a uber or you need to go about 20 min. The main reason for the avarage rainting is the age of this hotel, specialy the bathrooms. Its really old, I would say in the early 90th. Everything is strongly used.     “Disappointing Experience With Our Room Assignment and Extra Charges”

    We were a little disappointed with our stay. The room had been reserved by an agency, but upon our arrival the receptionist did not give us the room that had been booked and instead assigned us another room (426/427) with one bed missing. Since we are traveling with three children, the room only having two beds was not suitable for us.We therefore had to pay an additional 400 dirhams for a folding bed, which was not comfortable at all. We have been coming to this establishment for two years and had never encountered this kind of problem before. We were also surprised that these 400 dirhams were requested directly by the receptionist, which makes us wonder whether the payment was officially recorded.     Very pleasant hotel

    Stayed over which on a 14 stoop ever in Dubai. Convenient the airport overnight good bedroom rate however I don’t book breakfast items a bit excessive. Whilst I wasn’t saying long enough to avail of their laundry service it seemed like way better value than other hotels who seem to be now really be over charging for this type of service .. well done Movenpick. Before leaving I had a lovely coffee an croissant served to me in lobby cafe .     Good but needs refurbishment

    This hotel used to be the Bustan Rotana and later became Movenpick.Advantages:1- Very close to the airport and its metro station (terminal 1). Literally a 10-15 minute walk. Yet, no real plane noises (although you can see them up close).2- decent pool and 3 good quality tennis courts adjuncted, with possibility to do classes with a great coach called Shivam.3- Attentive in terms of cleaning service and providing free water bottles to room.Disadvantages:1- Majority of rooms are really old in terms of decor, furniture, bathroom sets, and electric plugs (you will not find a single USB port). Some rooms are actually awkwardly shaped (Triangle). I was so unhappy with my first room, that they kindly moved me to a suite one floor above, which was nice and spacious but still old style and a small bathroom.2- Hotel corridors feel abandoned and super quiet. A good thing to some but was too unlively for me.3- the breakfast was good, several options including Indian food and an egg station but basic ingredients and very busy. When I went to pick something from the buffet, I would come back and find my table taken by someone else, despite leaving stuff behind, felt like playing musical chairs!Not my type of hotel, but can work well with others I am sure.
