    I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service. My experience was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency. They appeared to offer two different prices for what seemed to be the exact same service, which felt misleading and unfair. In addition, their communication was discourteous, and the overall attitude of the staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their service to others.

    Another Great Stay at Movenpick Bur Dubai. Comfortable and Spacious Rooms. Plenty of Options in F&B. Outstanding Support and Hospitality by Mr Marwan (Front Office) , Mr Griffin (IRD/Fountain) and Ms Hnin (IRD/Lounge). Would Also Like to thank Ms Jamaica, Ms Angie, Mr Faraaz and Ms Kajal (all from IRD) as also Mr Meherban (from Housekeeping) for their timely and kind support.     Thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night holiday. Staff were exceptional, room clean and comfortable. Marvin at pool bar and restaurant was so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Pool was lovely, food amazing. Only issue was smoking especially in the pub! Outdoor bar was great to watch football. Would definitely return.
