Facility

14 junior suites, 2 suites, 37 single rooms and 241 double rooms are located on 23 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     I had an amazing experience at this hotel with my family. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive—whenever we requested anything for the room, it arrived within minutes without any delays. What really stood out was how much they cared about our feedback; if there was anything we didn’t like, they made sure to improve it the very next day. That level of professionalism is rare.The hotel is very family-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had a half-board package, and the food was excellent. Even though the hotel was fully booked, everything was well organized and ran smoothly.Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely recommend it.

    Our plan was to stay from 3-10 March 2026 but due to war and flight cancelled we cannot arrived. Cancellations policy involved and i still waiting refound from more that 40 days. We sent emails every 2 - 3 days and they reply its same that they refund with account team and now its on bank but they refuse to send bank proof. However they are not serious even if this is an international brand and i don't recomand în future. I have many friend in same situation from Dubai and they received refound from different hotels after 2 weeks.     I stayed one night and I am very happy. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend FATMA and YAHYA.
