    This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai and I say that as a hotelier myself.From the start, the reception team seemed unclear on basic procedures like room upgrades and pricing adjustments for guests. We were only able to enter our rooms around 3:30 PM, despite the stated check-in time being 2:00 PM.There was also confusion regarding the pool timing. Reception informed us it was open until 8 PM, but when we arrived at the venue, we were told it closes at 7 PM while the signage there still showed 8 PM.Overall, the experience has been disappointing from beginning to end, with poor communication and lack of coordination across the team.

    we checked in last monday feb 2, for a wedding celebration small gathering with friends,, rude front desk named KHAREN filipina lady , i have 1 guest told to KHAREN that he came as visitor but dont know the room number yet,,, and KHAREN answered him, “how come u will visit and dont know the room number!” (with a grumpy face) since i was down there she called me excuse me! your the only one having event here,, hes looking for richard (my husband name) i was so shy to my husband guest the way she answered him,!ahhh we pay extra for the small gathering 950 aed ,, which is not mention when we booked online,, they should mention it so that the guest knows this extra charges,.950 aed is like we add 1 more room 😅 coz if we know we better booked to other hotel, but since we paid already in online we have no choice 🤦🏼‍♀️anyway the room was clean amazing but when i used the bathtub the water color was yellow 🤔🤔🤔 like the water mix with rust,, you can try room 293 so u can see and check it with yourself,,the oven and kettle was not working but when we informed the house keeping he changed it right away,,, thankyou to all house keeping who assisted us,, very accomodating and friendly, ♥️ahh one more thing,, we request for a room that we can smoke, but they give us room that no window that we can open ,,when we cooked ,,, our room full. of smoke,, the engineer who checked said that the exhaust is not working properly thats it no action 😅 so the smoke was evrywhere that our eyes feel pain already,,i want to say thankyou to 1 gentlemen night shift in front desk hes so kind i think he is pakistani as per my visitor,, thumbs up for him 👍 just didnt get his name 🥺 thankyou so much 🙏🏻

    This was the 2nd time I have stayed here and really liked it. Great service from Vivien and Sabib on reception and especially Salman the person who cleaned my apartment daily, but who also sorted out one issue that I had with my room in quick time. I liked the all the little eating places near by. Of course it is nice to be able to use the facilities in the Voca as well.
