Location

Located in a prime location, at the heart of the historic part of Dubai, in front of the City Centre Mall, the hotel has direct access to public transport and is only 5 minutes' drive from Dubai International Airport and 15 minutes from Dubai World Trade Center.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 188 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Had a pleasant stay at Novotel Deira Creekside. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and the hotel location is very convenient for shopping and dining. Miravel, from reception, was friendly and welcoming and made the check-in and check-out process smooth.
