    I’d like to highlight Ninmar, who is in charge of cleaning my room. I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and Ninmar really understands my preferences. Great job!

    This hotel popped up frequently in ads and on booking apps. The slides and kids' area caught my eye—and my daughter loved both.We visited during the tail-end of winter (March 2024) when most hotel rates were still high, but Novotel offered a decent deal. It's connected to Mövenpick JVT and they share amenities. The reception has beautiful artistic wall features.Rooms are decent and fairly priced. There are two pools: one with jets/jacuzzi features, the other with slides and a nearby kids' club. However, the pools aren’t temperature-controlled. My daughter and I were freezing after just a few minutes. One pool was slightly warmer, but overall, not ideal for winter or peak summer.We accidentally left our house keys in the room. Though it took a while for housekeeping to confirm, I was grateful the team kept them safe until I returned.Overall: a budget- and family-friendly option, great for quick getaways—just mind the pool temperature!     The hotel is very nice with well-maintained rooms and a clean swimming pool Attendant Santosh was very friendly and helpful Housekeeping supervisors Rabin and Satya Sai were also very kind and approachable Their friendly nature made our stay even more pleasant.     By the looks of it, this were originally two separate hotels.,Mowenpick and Novotel. It would help for guests that you put a note on the Novotel checkin desk that checkin has to be done at the Mowenpick lobby. Luxurious hotel with all the facilities you can think of. Spacious rooms and good breakfast and dinner buffet. Convenient parking in the hotels parking garage, a shops around the corner of the hotel. Location, even by car difficult to get to, with all the roadworks that are going on. Friendly staff in both the restaurant and the hotel reception, apart from the manager who was not the friendliest on the phone when I had to extend one night at 2300hrs, it costs me deerly with the previous booking done by the company on booking dot com. Wasn't it possibly leaving a note in my room, contacting the reception or whatever ? I want to close this review with a positive note, Faisal and all other restaurant staff especially those who are not seen but are working in creating the tasty dishes, keep up the good work.
