Location

This hotel is located between the World Trade Centre and Jebel Ali, and is ideal for business and leisure travellers alike. One of Dubai's largest shopping malls, the Mall of the Emirates, is right on the doorstep. Guests may also be interested in visiting the Madinat Jumeirah resort, around 3 km away, or Dubai Sport City, some 8 km away.

Facility

180 rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the team. A special thank you to Phyu, Jackie, and Maryam for their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality throughout my stay. They were always attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect.The room was clean and comfortable, and all facilities, including the swimming pool, were well maintained.     Beware!! Worst customer service!! Still not refunded my money!!!

    I booked a stay for my family in February and made full payment straightaway. We were to visit in April. In light of recent geopolitical events in UAE, we cancelled our trip.Since then, for the past 7 weeks I’ve been in constant communication with customer services and the finance department trying to get my refund, I’ve sent over 50 emails and they’ve been referring me in a loop promising the refund. NO REFUND YET!!!It’s the worst customer service from a big name like Novotel. AVOID NOVOTEL at all costs!!!!     I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming, and all the staff were consistently professional and kind. From the pool, gym, and massage department upstairs to the lobby, security, and kitchen team, everyone was excellent.I would especially like to mention a few people: May. Jackie, Surinder, Maraj, Buya, Adillu, Saeed, and Robin.. I also truly appreciate all the other staff members whose names I didn’t catch, they were just as amazing and always helpful.I highly recommend this hotel!     Absolutely loved the experience, the ambience and the courteous staff. We ordered a jain pizza, and the incredible chef Arkhram made exactly what we asked for and it was droolworthy. Appreciate his attention to detail and accommodative attitude. We were also graciously served by the staff Nagla and Arkav, who guided us well and made us feel welcome with top notch hospitality!
