    I had such a wonderful stay at Novotel World Trade Center honestly, it exceeded my expectations. What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff.A special mention to Farooq, Lala, Georgina, Serena, Trevor, Lenka, Lillian, Amal, and Khalil each one of them was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. You can really feel the positive energy and teamwork throughout the hotel.I’m sure I’m missing a few names, but every single staff member I interacted with was amazing. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
