Location

The aparthotel is an immensely popular hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. It is minutes from Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and provides direct access to the Dubai Media and Internet Cities and the Jebel Ali Free Zone. The World Trade Center is some 800 m away, Jumeirah Beach roughly 2 km away and Dubai International Airport approximately 13 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 160 rooms, including 120 studios and 20 double rooms, which are located on 20 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available.     I enjoyed my stay. With pleasant atmosphere. This hotel is quite and very hygiene.... The staff was very polite and kind. The reception staff Sandeep is very helpful for checkin the hotel. We'll mannered rooms are good.. Very near to burj Khalifa walkable to metro station.. Highly recommend to stay...

    Number One Tower Suites Dubai is a nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the hotel is in a very convenient location.     I had one of the worst customer service of the planet. I asked in advance for gluten free breakfast. After the check-in, they told me that was not possible.I ordered from Careem my breakfast.The refused to collect it for me.The only number one they have is the worst customer service ever.
