    Noise and bad behavior

    Bad experience since they weren’t capable of handling a conflicting situation with the neighboring room who was causing so much noise with loud music, screaming and door slapping. I reported it so many times and they were never able to sort it out, but actually increase the problem as it became evident the drunkard woman was doing it in purpose and worse after being called out for it. The gentlemen from the reception desk at least trying to get her calm down although with opposite result. The worse is that I had changed room due to machine noise (AC installation in front of the window) in the previous room and they couldn’t get me to a better room than next to a drunkard lousy people. It’s unacceptable that they allow this in their hotel. Seems money are more important than anything, this hotel doesn’t have any business principles other than taking your money and give you lousy service. Overall NOT RECOMMEND if you want to sleep in the nights.

    Such a terrible experience last few months this hotel , they changed the name to orchid that’s up to owner and management but they make down the all the ways this hotel , which used to be a lovely hotel .. from 2020 I used to be there almost every week , but now decided to stop🛑 because unprofessional and rude staff as look Mohammed Ishaq , I will never return and never promote any on my known person , He doesn’t know how to great and address to guest , management should look after this issue and remove this guy from here 🙏

    I booked for my friend for night when they went to reception to the check inStaff Mr pramod was there he was checking paper and saying we didn’t receive your reservation they been told him check confirmation number is in phone mail he denied after discussion he agreed to check and reservation was there how can he say without checking anything

    Wonderful hotel with good serviceJamsadul bell boy helps as a lot Thanks for everything and everyone It has been an exciting stay With cheap supermarket located near to our hotel The thing i like is that it is cheaper compared to other hotels and provides with good services

    Excellent. Staffs were good and had a good time. All the facilities were good too. Jamsedul, pramod, sujay and Aya everyone is good. Sometimes wifi showing problem. Otherwise everything else is nice and comfortable with them and no complaints.
