This spa complex is conveniently located in the vicinity of the Dubai World Trade Centre. The apartment hotel shares close proximity to a number of business institutions, shopping malls and tourist attractions. It is around 20 km from Dubai Museum and Jumeirah Beach is around 15 km away. Dubai International Airport is approximately 30 km from the hotel.

Facility

242 rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Beware - this hotel is a scam!!!Pretending to be a 5-star hotel and luring customers with cheap prices in the middle of a war situation, while you're not even allowed to get out of the taxi and are immediately taken to one of their "sister hotels," claiming that renovation work is currently being carried out, while there were plenty of guests in the hotel.This hotel treats you like second-class guests, like you just arrived in a hostel or even worse.We booked a confirmed one-night stay at Palace Downtown (March 2026), but upon arrival were told - without explanation — not to leave the taxi and were redirected to another hotel due to "renovations."This was presented as an upgrade, but none of what we booked (hotel, location, view) was honored. The bigger issue was the treatment: no apology, no transparency, and very dismissive.There was no single prior notice (!!!), we had even been contacted about extending our stay without mention of renovations, and we saw other guests checking in normally?! We were also told rooms were available when we inquired.We even traveled there despite the tense and potentially unsafe situation, trusting that a 5-star hotel would provide reliability and safety, only to be treated this poorly upon arrival.Afterwards, we tried multiple times to contact the hotel but received no response at all, no follow-up, no accountability, and not even a minimal level of customer support.Overall, very unprofessional and misleading for a supposed 5-star hotel.     Best Hotel if you want to shop at Dubai Mall

    I have stayed at the Palace hotel many times. The rooms are luxurious and the service is always impeccable. The pool and gym and restaurants are fantastic. If you want to shop at the Dubai Mall and be in close proximity to great restaurants this is the hotel to stay at.     Wondful place with wonderful facilities and excellent location.Very tidy clean and high quality furniture and touch of art venueWe had a wedding event for our Son and everyone attended expressed thier happiness, joy and comfort to what they had seen, felt and presented with.The staff were extremely professional and very helpful with nice smile and beautiful uniform.The event manager Ms Linda was so nice and did a great job to make the bride and guests feels so happy and had a wonderful day.I strongly recommend this place for any event and or wedding ceremonies.
