    !!!!!!!!! ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is bad from reception....But guys from housing and engineering they are helper and friendly

    Hotel isn’t located in a goodPlace . But the staffs are really friendly and Mr Hassan was really a helpful guy who took us to the room and had a friendly character towards us . A great thanks to Hassan who was around for help. Will visit again……..

    I paid in cash and got charged on my card after again. They promised to send it back and never received it. I messaged their customer service multiple times but they dont seem to care much. Just promises but never received it back. Very dissapointed they would scam their own hotel guests.

    I've been there for 2024 new year and it wasn't a good choice because we didn't book the hotel before we get the flight tickets. Towle and beds are full of stains the room is small and it's located in cheap area of Deira the room service is very poor

    Phoenix is situated 12 minutes walk from Al Ghurair Mall , level of House keeping is very poor , though rooms are spacious , but very dirty , you will share the rooms with family of cockroaches and you will find stains everywhere around you , bed sheets , walls and bathtub
