    Could have been better if the management gives a thought for guests with economical pricing since yhe rooms are small

    Rooms are as tiny as Beehive. Dont ever stay in lower floors. Unclean, carpets are pulled out. 4 poster bed for what we don't understand in a room that is so cramped that u can hardly move. Twin small school locker type cupboards that u can keep anything in it. 2nd time stay... Featured kettle not working😢. The telephone in the room doesnt activate to the keys of reception, house keeping or Room service... The staff said u have to dial a 6 digit number to access the reception as all other pre-fed numbers are just dummies. No instructions were on the room Phone of these number changes at all. Ur at ur own mercy once u check in. None to even hear ur voice after that. However at precisely 11:30 AM, a call will jarr u out of sleep reminding u to check out before sharp 12noon. Even a request to extend by 1 hour is ignored. Although hotel is empty.Curtains, linen are dirty, stinks. Towels are thread bare and worn out. Insects in corridors scrambling. A Huge rodent was seen to the horror of residents at basement car park. Scary. Cockroaches are frequent visitor at the lobby and passage. Mold and damp smells everywhere.Staffs are however polite and nice. Hotel may be a 2 star rating, however if they maintain and remove unwanted four poster beds and make some tweaks...by higenical standards, Place can be better for the price that a guest is offered, which is economical😊The management however has taken for granted and doesn't care for the various bad Comments to improve.. sadly😢

    The staff is very friendly and house keeping always do best job . The location is very good. Its worth it for its pricing.I am not facing any issues till now in my stay. Gurjeet and one other guy he is from pakistan may be do not know his name doing best job.

    Very bad service and the staff attitude was the worst especially the reception and the lady her name is Neelam , they do not have any training or behaviour, how they hire one lady like this.

    The stay was terrible definitely not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.*Towels had stains.*The tissue holder was rusty.*The sofa was stained.*No fridge in the room.*No smart TV.*Very slow WiFi.*Far from the metro station.*One of the lights was broken only one switch worked.There was construction right in front of the hotel, and the noise would wake you up in the morning and continue all the way until evening. The Tourism Dirham fee was 50 AED, which was shocking. It was the first time I encountered such a high TD charge normally it’s 10aed and the highest I’ve ever paid was 15aed. This is unacceptable. I booked through Agoda mainly because the listing offered early check in, late check out and a free room upgrade. None of these were honored not even the late check out. I specifically chose this hotel because we were arriving late but when we got there, in the morning receptionist claimed the benefits weren’t valid. How could it be posted on the Agoda app if it wasn’t true? To make it worse, housekeeping kept knocking and insisted we leave. They said if we checked out at 1pm we would be charged extra. PS: The room looked beautiful in the pictures, but the reality was very disappointing.
