    Let me preface my review by saying, "I don't mind staying in budget hotels, when I travel solo". This was (by far) the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In fact, I have seen cleaner rubbish tips...The pictures will show the severe lack of cleanliness and disrepair, which quite frankly was unbelievable. The pictures on the website are grossly misrepresentative of the hotel. On entering the lobby of the hotel, you can find guests sleeping on sofas and boxes ready for export. The lobby is a shared reception and an import/export business. The pool is more like a puddle and dirty.....The hotel is never quiet internally and externally. There is a constant humming to be heard wherever you are in the hotel. Last evening, I felt that i was not alone in my room. I could here something in the bathroom. I didn't want to investigate but i did. On entering the bathroom a creature (Big mouse or small rat) disappered down the over-flow pipe in the bath. I blocked the hole with a towel. There are also mid-sized insects that look like roaches, but not too many....The staff are more concerned with bartering for room prices than serving guests.......The area is quite seedy indeed and I'm sure that it is frequented by ladies of the night and day......Don't even get me started on WiFi........Please do not stay in this hotel..

    Nice place in crowded Deira of Dubai

    A nice place though location is in crowded environment. Can enjoy a nice breakfast which is almost included to room chargers.Negotiable staff. I met nice Stuart call Amine who serve very sincerely . Always care about the taste and quality of food.

    Hotel walking distance of Dubai Gold Souq and Naif Sabkha streets , room size average but bit noisy even after closing windows . Hotel needs refurbishment . Many restaurants and cafeterias in the surroundings .

    Reception was nice, also room of acceptable size but little noisy as close to very commercial streets around. Clean even furniture is not new. All your needs as shops restaurants and all services surround hotel. Metro of palm deira is 7 minutes walk. Price convenient to it. Main Bus stations is 5 minutes from hotel.

    Friendly service .Break Fast isn’t really food just tea with light weight bread lol .But it’s in the heart of where food service are available so it will not be a problem.Nice receptionist not the old cranky man but the young tall guy .The security man looks American if you asked me but hey he was still nice till my last day out .The butler will try to play a fast one on you if you don’t understand the currency 👍
