Location

460 rooms are located on 22 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Terrible - hotel from hell

    Had booked a 3 night stay on their website. I got a bad feeling upon arrival. No one to help with my luggage. Hotel lobby dark, no or little lights at all. Receptionist obviously under training. Not at all attentive. Check in took for ever, and in addition to taking a deposit only they started what they called a "manual" procedure. Very odd and suspicious indeed. Well, I´m a VIP, highest tier, in their rewards program, and would normally get a solid upgrade and access to the Executive lounge. Not so, as most floor were closed, and the same with the lounge! I just stayed at the Renessaince Hotel at Business Bay, a fantastic hotel where everything was operating as normal, in strong contrast to the Radisson. No word at all on their booking site about all of the pecularities, that would have prevented me from this very upsetting experience. Adding to that I encountered to young "gentlemen" smoking in the elevator. As that is a confined space, and I have nerathing problems I kindly made them aware of the no-smoking policy in force, whic led to one of the attacking me aggresivly. Passeng the reception I made them aware of the situation, and that I did not feel safe in the hotel after that situation! They admitted they knew the guest, but no action was taken. Very disturbing, and will not hesitate to characterise this as the hotel form "hell" at the moment. Do not book here if you can avoid it.

    Clean very veey clean. Nice. The food just more then excellent. Only thing that lunch and dinner- now cofee , tea, or other drinks on tables. You have to ask for it and they bring it. And the bus goes to beach only 3 times. And if its full (back from beach) then tou can not get on the bus. We hade to take taxy. And nobody will recharge it for you. In the pool area the sun gors behind the other height builingd areound 16:00 and then no sun. So agternoon its better beach.
