    Warning to VIP REWARD customers

    The hotel is excellent but VIP REWARDS members must be very careful because the hotel tries to avoid their 15% discount at the BAI restaurant/bar under many unjustified reasons, which is a very big negative point and greatly diminishes the pleasure of staying there.     A Stay That Severely Affected My Well-Being

    The noise level during my stay was unbearable. I had to change rooms four times because of constant day-and-night construction work coming from the hotel next door. The continuous drilling and mechanical noise severely affected my sleep and, ultimately, my nervous system.Given the tense situation in the Middle East at the time, I was already feeling anxious. The lack of rest made things significantly worse, and I experienced a panic attack. I would like to sincerely thank Brenda from reception, who was very kind and supportive. She came to my room, checked my blood pressure, and offered me something sweet to help stabilize my sugar levels. Her care was the only reassuring part of my stay.If I had known that there was active construction next door, I would never have booked this hotel. There was no mention of it on Booking. Under normal circumstances, I would have cancelled and moved elsewhere, but due to government alerts advising people to stay indoors and avoid unnecessary outings, I did not feel safe relocating.On the third night, after already suffering from severe sleep deprivation, the hotel’s fire alarm went off. Given the regional tensions, this was extremely distressing. We were later told it was a false alarm, but there was very little explanation or reassurance provided. Considering the broader situation and my mental state at the time, this incident was highly unsettling.At no point did I feel properly reassured or supported beyond the kindness shown by Brenda. What should have been a special trip turned into a deeply stressful and exhausting experience.     The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They provide a lot of supplies like water and coffee in the room. Cleanliness is exceptional.     Good experience, but still there are some comments for the manager

    In general, the experience is good on the level of Radisson and I would like to thank that my room was upgraded from standard to superior. Azmi was really friendly during check-in and he is an asset to the company.But, still there are some comments from my side:1. The big white table in the room is very shaky and if you stay for several days and you have work then it can be a problem2.     Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly maintained at all. The washroom condition was poor, not clean and basic things were not working properly. I had to call multiple times, but the issue was not resolved on time.The room service was extremely slow and unresponsive. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better service and professionalism.Also, the room lights were not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially at night. It feels like basic maintenance is being ignored.Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the money. The hotel seriously needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and staff responsiveness.
