Location

    I had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the hospitality. Even though I am a new member, the check-in team was incredibly welcoming and generous. I had originally booked a Burj Khalifa and Fountain view room without a balcony, but they went above and beyond by upgrading me to a two-room suite with a balcony. The views of the Burj Khalifa, the Fountains, and the city were breathtaking. They also granted me a late check-out, which I highly appreciated. The only minor downside was the internet connection, as it wasn't very stable and I had to use my mobile data. However, the exceptional service and the amazing upgrade made this a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend this place!
