    Poor housekeeping service. The location is not near metro station . Walking about 12-15min to metro station . Very old hotel. The house keeping just drop pillows on the floor and did not clean or throw away rubbish . We stay for 1 week no choice because cannot get refund

    The hotel located V.good bus station and metro station also near it I us to stay there several times I tried 11 ,10, 7 , 9 the best of them is Ninth floor cause there is (Md Nazmul) the one who will care about your room clean I really liked his attitude very respectful and hospitality Also there is Mr. Om Kar in marketing or administration he usually assist me to find my weekly booking so I don’t worry about my staying in Dubai One notice last time the TV. Channels not working more than 2 days unfortunately I miss following my fevers football matches

    One of the unprofessional manager from the bar is so cheap,,he s threatening us to show his other rude face jus for asking to change the sports channel politely and friendly,We cannot accept this as as service .he s taking all things so granted and jus depending on the nice security people over there.we visited on 12 th Oct and we are regular over there.we will promise you to lose all customers there and lose your dignity just because of him.Call us on 0555152695

    Excellent place to reside.Right in the business hub.Good facilities.Akash in particular is very helpful. The ambience was amazing.The cleaning staff were very good too.Top notch facilities.
