Location

    I had a very disappointing experience at Emirates Grand Hotel. The room was not clean, and the furniture felt old and poorly maintained. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very helpful when we had issues. The overall atmosphere did not match the expectations shown online. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    I booked a room for 3 nights. I informed them we will be checking in late as our flight was at 11.30pm. We arrived before midnight and we're told the room was not ready! We had to wait for an hour for them to clean it. We checked out early morning without showering and breakfast.. It is is suppose to be a 4*.Rooms look nothing like the picture advertised. The hotel is completely run down filthy and sewers smell coming out from the drain. Even the pillow smelt of BO. I had to put my clothes on it to sleep. Only stayed there as we had no choice as it was midnight and I could book online for that night. Look at the pictures and tell me if it's even a 1*

    The worst experience ever, even no towels, i was begging them for a towel to have a shower, I booked 5 nights but I checked out after 1 night as it was horrible...

    Emirates Grand hotel is ideally situated on sheik zayed Road-one of the famous road in Dubai and right next to a Metro station giving easy access to all part of Dubai within few minutes/hours.... at extremely affordable cost.There are a lot of 24hour restaurants and supermarket..along the road and the view at night is breathtaking...giving New york vibes with all the lighted skyscrapers. Photos can be taken with Burj Khalifa in the background...The amenities at the hotel is quite good. I occupied a studio and the laundry personnel - named joe did a great job cleaning our room. I am a client of the Royal Club -I was well look after by the Team there and looking forward to visit again soon. When you enter the hotel-I highly recommend dropping at perfume stance -with Amirah.. She is a great professional lady and her perfumes smell so good.

    for 3 days no intercom, 2 days no cleaning, very basic 20 years old furniture. No water served on second day. I had to buy bottle. Room has no kettle or glass or cups. Very slow or no services. Average breakfast. its a waste of money to stay here. work table no power connection. pl many better options in that area than this. Pl avoid. Its a 2 star worth property.
