Location

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 35-storey building with a lift and 414 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 6 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Half board can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and halal food are available. The chefs will also prepare children's meals for an additional charge. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Ahmed Mostafa and Dennis saved the whole situation and made our stay a good one. Thanks to them!After we checked in our room we found out that the management closed the main restaurant and instead of having an open buffet it turned out to be a set menu! No one informed us about that during reservation or during check in which pissed me off.I was about to move to another hotel.
