Location

This resort is situated right by the sea, in a lively area right in the heart of Dubai. It is an ideal point of departure for beach holidaymakers or families who'd like to get to know the area better. It is about 16 km to Dubai (DXB) Airport.

Facility

The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Daily newspapers will keep you informed. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers cycling/mountain biking. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. A wellness area with a sauna is available at the resort.

    First of all, a big shout-out to the staff, who truly go above and beyond to help you and always do so with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism make a real difference.A special mention to Insaff at the reception, who handled a rather unusual and complex situation currently unfolding in Dubai with remarkable calm and efficiency. If he has the opportunity to offer an upgrade, early check-in, or any small gesture to make your stay easier, he will genuinely do his best to make it happen.Also a big thank you to Sanawar, who is always ready to help and goes out of his way to make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.The hotel complex is located directly across from Kite Beach, which is fantastic if you enjoy the beach and the area.We first stayed in a villa, which was very spacious, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Later we moved to a suite in the hotel, and everything was perfect there as well, with a lovely view over the sea and the pool.The whole place has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, which makes it a wonderful place to relax.Highly recommended!

    I would 100% recommend this hotel, a truly great experience, a fully 5 star place. We were a family of 5 and the staff has kindly provided an upgrade for us to a 5 bedroom villa which was huge! We have also celebrated a special date - a birthday of our grandma and the staff did everything to make this day special, they decorated her room, arranged cake and flowers, she was so happy!!! The staff of the hotel is very kind and great, helped with anything needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel, a truly luxury place, made us feel like a VIP!😍

    The location is excellent, in front to the beach. The staff is very kind and helpful. Especially Samah and Sanawar. Special thank's to the staff in the restaurant and at the pool. Thank you all. We have a amazing holiday! See you again!
