    Hira and the rest of the staff were brilliant during my stay

    The people really do make your stay. I prefer polite, quiet, non-intrusive staff, and without a doubt, the staff here really do make the stay exceptional and are the reason the reviews are so good. The rooms are well cleaned daily if ryou so wish, replenishing tissues, tea. The kitchenette was very useful as I could cook basic meals.     Great value for money in Dubai

    We stayed here ona trip to Dubai, as we wanted to see the local area. Our room was cleaned daily by Hira and he was exceptional- very quick, left the room sparkling and very polite.The reception staff at the welcome desk were very polite and always with a smile. The gym and pool were clean and of standard. will go again.     Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean. Facilities within the room were good. There was no disturbance from other guests. Roof top swimming pool is a good size. Location is excellent. It is a 5 minute walk from the metro and 15 minune walk to Mall of Emirates. Lots of facilities around the hotel, shops, restaurants.     I want to say big thank you to Rose Garden Hotel apartments and Rose park hotel properties! Special thanks go to Mr.Siraj from Reservations. With you bookings are always easy and comfortable. Thank u for always stay in touch! I also want to thank Mr.Baburam from housekeeping and Mr.Rahman from swimming pool and all the reception staff. You guys are so hospitable and friendly, you are always here to help! I guess your top management is great, cause all staff is brilliant and facitlites are super comfortable and everything in the hotel is made for guest happiness.
