Location

Located on the prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road next to the DIFC metro station, the hotel is in the vicinity of the Dubai International Financial Centre and World Trade Centre. Dubai International Airport is 15 km away and Dubai Media City and Internet City are just 7 km away, whilst it is only a 10-minute drive to famous shopping centres like the Mall of Emirates or the Burjuman Shopping Mall.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 72-storey building with a lift and 482 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and flexibility of your staff.I would especially like to thank the reception team, particularly Mr. Foncha and Ms. Lilian. Ms. Lilian made a great first impression during check-in she was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Mr. Foncha was also extremely helpful throughout my stay.I had a few meetings scheduled, and I sincerely appreciated the kind gesture of offering me a complimentary late check-out until 4:30 PM. Although I ended up finishing early and checked out at 2:00 PM, the flexibility meant a lot to me and made my stay much more comfortable.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. While I found that the breakfast could be improved in terms of variety and quality, the location of the breakfast area was very pleasant.Thank you once again to the entire team for your excellent service.     It was one of the best stays, credit to the gentleman on the reception ( syrian young man) very friendly and accommodating provided a room upgrade that made up the day for the family.Rooms are clean spacious, hotel is clean the team were friendly. The only comment was to look in to the breakfast variety and execution.Over all welldone and the great experience starts from the door which the receptionist ( excuse me if I forgot his name) but he made it memorable with his hospitable approach.     The hotel surpassed all my expectations 😉The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from check-in until I went to the room, BIG thanksto JANA 🌹 (Unfortunately, I couldn't find the same services at any of the big-name of BRAND hotels in the same area with club access room type 😩) THE SUITE was immaculately clean & decor was charming comfortable, and offered a stunning view NO i can say an AMAZING VIEW with BURJ KHALIFA directly view 😀 Couldn't have chosen a better place for a city break !A truly 7 STARS experience I will certainly return 😍Highly recommended!
