  Beautiful stay with amazing views

  We stayed at Royal Central Hotel The Palm during our trip to Dubai and overall had a really nice experience.The room was comfortable and clean, and the balcony view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up in the morning and seeing that view felt really special.For my birthday, my boyfriend asked the hotel to decorate the room, and they did a really beautiful job. The decoration was lovely and made the moment very special, even though it comes at an extra cost. I really loved it.The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options, and everything we tried was enjoyable.The only small downside is that it’s not easy to get a regular taxi from the hotel, so you usually need to order an Uber, which can be more expensive.Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want a peaceful experience on The Palm, and it’s definitely somewhere I would consider coming back to.

  Exceptional Service from Croydon – Truly Made Our Stay!

  We had a fantastic stay at Royal Central Hotel The Palm. A special thank you to Croydon, who looked after us in both the breakfast bar and at dinner. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always very polite—especially with our children, which made a big difference to our experience. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.Truly excellent service, and we really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

  There is building work next door which is very noisy when you are on the beach.My room had a sea view and balcony but near to the ac unit so very noisy.Food- Japanese restaurant upstairs was deserted , I didn’t eat there.Main restaurant was a buffet for Itfar - special price 249aed ( hotel opposite was only 149aed) Al la carte at the hotel was pretty empty and food was average I ate there the first night then went to the Greek at the hotel opposite- that was very good so went there twice.   Our first impression of the property was extremely positive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in without any delays or complications. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. They were readily available to assist with any questions and provided helpful information about the facilities and amenities.Additionally, the lobby area was notably spacious, well-organized, and impeccably clean. Its open layout created an inviting and comfortable atmosphere, setting a high standard for the rest of our stay. We stayed in a suite, and the overall quality of the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The suite was exceptionally spacious, thoughtfully designed, and meticulously maintained. Every area of the room was spotless upon arrival, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping and attention to detail.The layout provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, with ample space to unwind. One of the most remarkable features was the balcony view. From our private balconies, we enjoyed breathtaking panoramic views stretching across Palm Jumeirah and out toward the stunning skyline of Dubai. The scenery was truly impressive, both during the day and in the evening when the city lights illuminated the horizon.The hotel’s facilities and amenities were of an exceptionally high standard and greatly enhanced our overall experience. The pool area was consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Comfortable seating and attentive service contributed to a pleasant environment where guests could unwind throughout the day. The presence of a DJ daily added a vibrant yet tasteful ambiance, striking a perfect balance between lively entertainment and relaxation.Adjacent to the pool, there is a conveniently located bar offering a wide selection of beverages, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments without leaving the area. From the pool deck, there is also direct access to the beach, providing a seamless transition between poolside leisure and beachfront relaxation.Within the hotel, there are three restaurants offering a variety of dining options. Notably, one of the restaurants is situated on the rooftop and features a bar area with stunning panoramic views overlooking Palm Jumeirah. The elevated setting provides an exceptional vantage point, making it an ideal location for evening dining or drinks while taking in the impressive surroundings. The hotel is situated on Palm Jumeirah, offering a unique and exclusive setting away from the main urban centre. Its location provides a peaceful and scenic environment, ideal for guests seeking relaxation and a more tranquil atmosphere. The surrounding area is well-maintained and offers beautiful coastal views, contributing to a serene and luxurious experience.The property is approximately 15 minutes from central Dubai, making it conveniently accessible by car or taxi. However, due to its island setting, it is not particularly suited for guests who wish to explore the city on foot. Access to major attractions, shopping districts, and entertainment areas requires transportation.The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional and consistently exceeded expectations. From arrival to departure, the staff demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Assistance was always readily available whenever required, and requests were handled promptly and efficiently.The team’s proactive approach ensured that any queries or needs were addressed without delay, contributing to a seamless and comfortable experience. Their courteous and approachable manner further enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel, making us feel both valued and well cared for. The quality of the food and beverage offerings throughout our stay was very good, with a diverse selection available across the hotel’s dining venues. The dishes were well-presented, flavourful, and prepared to a high standard, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The beverage options were similarly comprehensive, with an extensive range of soft drinks, specialty beverages, and premium selections available.It is worth noting that, in line with local customs and regulations within United Arab Emirates, pork products are not widely available. While this may limit certain menu options for some guests, the alternative offerings were plentiful and ensured that there was still a broad choice of dishes to enjoy.Alcoholic beverages were available; however, they are comparatively expensive, which is consistent with pricing standards in the region. Overall, we found the hotel to offer very good value for money. The quality of the accommodation, facilities, service, and overall experience was well aligned with the price paid. From the spacious and well-maintained suite to the range of amenities and attentive staff, every aspect of the stay reflected a high standard.Considering the location, views, dining options, and leisure facilities available, the overall package represented a worthwhile investment. We were satisfied that the level of comfort and service justified the cost, and we have no complaints regarding the value received.Pros:One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its suitability for relaxation. The tranquil setting and well-maintained facilities create an ideal environment for guests seeking a peaceful and restorative stay. The staff and overall service are also standout features; the team consistently demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout. Additionally, the location is undeniably beautiful and highly picturesque. Situated on Palm Jumeirah, the property offers stunning views and an exclusive atmosphere that enhances the overall sense of luxury.Cons:Due to its location on the Palm, guests will need to commute to reach central Dubai and other major attractions, as it is not within walking distance of the city’s main districts. Alcoholic beverages, while available, are relatively expensive, which may be a consideration for guests intending to drink regularly. Furthermore, those expecting a traditional English breakfast should note that, in accordance with local customs and regulations in United Arab Emirates, pork products are not typically served. As a result, alternatives such as beef are provided instead.In conclusion, our stay was highly enjoyable and met our expectations across all key areas. From the outset, the property demonstrated strong management and a clear commitment to guest satisfaction. The suite provided a luxurious and tranquil environment, while the facilities and amenities were thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, convenience, and relaxation.The location is particularly well-suited to guests seeking exclusivity and a peaceful setting, with the understanding that travel is required to access central attractions.   I really do not recommend Royal central.The “spa and wellness” facilities are extremely misleading – it’s just a steam room and a small gym. You have to pay extra for massages, and there isn’t actually a proper spa as advertised.The food was very disappointing. Dinner and evening meals were repetitive – mostly the same meat and rice dishes every day and there were very limited options for children. Definitely not what you’d expect from an all-inclusive hotel.The all-inclusive package is also very misleading. The upstairs bar is not included, and you have to pay extra to use it. There’s nowhere comfortable to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening unless you sit in the lobby, which feels awkward. When I sat on one of the bar stools with a drink I’d purchased, I was questioned about whether I was “going to sit there,” which made me feel unwelcome.All-inclusive ends at 10:30pm, and when we arrived just after that time, we weren’t even allowed to take a soft drink to the room. That felt very unreasonable.The hotel is also quite far from the main lively areas. While taxis are relatively cheap (tip: use the yellow taxis from the road rather than those arranged by the hotel), the traffic makes the journey long and inconvenient.Overall, I’m genuinely unsure how this hotel has such high ratings. The food was poor, the all-inclusive offering is very limited, and there are much better hotels closer to the main areas. I would not return and would not recommend it to others.
