    PROS: Good sea view and hotel was very clean. Beach was very beautiful and quiet. There is parking on premises CONS: I went to the actual Royal club hotel and was told to go to another building (shoreline 5). Better communication was needed. Staff at pool said that I couldn't use pool because I'm from Royal Club hotel! Then later was allowed in. Bar at pool was very expensive. Don't go to the nearest restaurant called Cabana which is located near pool! Their food is extremely expensive. I spent £60 on dinner for myself and it wasn't that great. There are other cheaper restaurants nearby like Little neighbourhood restaurant.

    Pathetic apartment with tv not working and management showing no inclination to fix this. Really poor service and overall pathetic hospitality, stay here only if u want to be mistreated as a guest. Manager is horrible and has no sense of customer service

    Our Unforgettable Experience

    The Royal Club RVHR on Palm Jumeira Building 1 was an unforgettable experience. I chose Building One because of the location next to Spinneys, a host of Restaurants on the Golden Mile, Nakeel Mall and of course access to The View over Palm Jumeira.Another added bonus was being fortunate to hire a car to drive down the Palm Jumeira Road toward Atlantis and all around the Crescent. It took a bit getting use to driving on the "wrong side" of the road in a left hand drive car, but what a thrill.Obviously having the car made it so much easier to get around Dubai's splendid highways and just being part of the unbelievable Dubai traffic. Another positive was doing Dubai at my own pace and having access to every corner of Dubai that we wanted to see.Shiek Zayed Road with its 6 to 8 lanes was an adventure on its own, at my age it felt like doing the Zip Line.Be brave and calculated.The RVHR B1 is a self catering unit with all the necessary amenities with easy access to the East side and the famous West Beach Hotels and beaches.You have to visit Loren Restaurant on West Beach to the north of the promenade.Other highlights were visiting the famous Dubai Mall, the brilliant water display, seeing Burj Khalifa, swimming in the warm waters of Jumeira Beach next to the Burj Al Arab Hotel.An evening visit to JBR and Marina Beach is a must, and lastly I have to mention the Desert excursion, 4 wheelers , Camel rides and Dune Bashing which ended with a lovely Dinner and Belly Dancers.Wow, 8 days of non stop excitement.

    Worst agency to book an trip with.Cheat and lair people....better not to enrol with Royal Palm Holidays instead try Apollo tours and travels atleast they provide better service.they ruin my holidays took money and never promised wht they said

    I had an extraordinary stay at the Royal Club and I can highly recommend it. The service was professional, very caring and the apartment was outstanding. It was a beautiful stay and I will definitely come back. Thanks to the Royal Club and especially Mr. Arsany.
