    All hotel staff all are friendly and very good service. Specially bell boy Iqbal is the best service. Room is clean and nice. Housekeeping staff also very quick service and attend immediately whatever we requested. Thank all of you. Best hotel five star service.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!! IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER!! I ended up leaving after just one night, with no refund and booked another hotel for the rest of my trip. The room was disgusting, the toilet was broken, the bidet has never been cleaned, the carpet has burn marks all over, the smell was terrible, and the staff was extremely rude. NIGHT CLUB on first level and PARTY LOUNGE on the top floor. No matter were you get a room the noise is constant.

    I went there with my kids and family, room are big but very old and dirty bedsheets. Toilet smell bad and seen bug on the floor of Toilet. Kids were dispointed with swimming pool, it was under construction and not mentioned while booking, toilet at reception has no hand wash n Toilet roll.location is good.i will not recommend this hotel for family and its doesn't look 4 star from any angle.

    This is the worst hotel I’ve ever see. No parking need to go to other place to park your car. The room is terrible, the wifi is very slow. I don't recommend this hotel. If you want to be comfortable and want some rest don’t choose this hotel.

    The toilet seat is brokenThe shower leaksBoth windows don’t close and I hear traffic non stop so cannot sleepThere is a Bangladesh night club in the hotel and load music all night - 3:30 am is the earliest I’ve fell asleepThey have some very interesting people coming in and out of the hotel to the “spa” on the 4th floor.They put dirty bedding on during turndown serviceThey left dirty bedding on the floor in my roomI asked the housekeeper for some water but was told no I put it in the room earlierThe air con comes on randomly and I can’t turn it off so get cold during the nightThe carpets and curtains are filthy There is a broken light in my room that flickers all the timeThe iron they provided is filthyThe pool bar/pool/pool table are disgusting and unusable - it’s also covered up so pics are misleadingThe milk they provide at the coffee station is off each morning - curdled The Wi-Fi is temperamentalThe breakfast made me vomit immediately so all I have eaten for nearly a week is toast - I will not eat evening meal!!!They charge 9 aed for a can of Pepsi (it’s 3 aed next door)The tables and bedside tables have cigarette burns on and are not cleanedThe room is not hoovered during turndown serviceThe gym is a 12ft by 12 foot box with a ceiling so low I couldn’t skip or extend my arms without touching the ceilingI could continue but won’t and here are some pics, if you want more evidence please let me know.
