AVOID THIS PLACE. Stayed here two nights. And for the price you can find a beautifully immaculate air bnb. I left covered in flea bites. Place is dirty, bugs all over the room, brown water coming from taps and bath filthy. Reguardless of how many stars the place is truly shocking and should be at least clean. Very disappointed

I went with my girlfriend in the night yesterday and i was surprised by the bad attitude of both ladies they have in the reception, they almost sleepy not smiling and she couldn’t pass my gf to the room because only she had emirates id ae picture with her on phone , i was working receptionist in 5 stars hotel and we used to pass visitors for pictures only of ids and this 2 star hotel dont, we go to another hotel nearby and did so; rude lady, with bad attitude, the hospitality is not for you

Positive : the pillow and bed was fine and comfortable location is good and near to metro station , markets and resturants and .... Airconditioner was Good quiet and scented hullwaysNegative:the safety box in the room was broken due to floor slope in the bathroom water remains on the floor and doesnt lead to drainage Room service doesnt change the bed sheets and pillow cases and there will be extra charges for that .some of front desk staffs were not cooperative the internet user/password and room access card became invalid during my 5 days stay , which was annoying .no swimming pool and gym available in this hotel . Generally tolerable hotel quality .

The cleaning staff are horrible! They won't change the bedsheets, pillow cover and even the towels. They just dust the sheets and use the same sheet for weeks. The towels are also not changed, same wet towels are just folded and kept back. A DIRTY HOTEL now!

Finger licking food, it's been 3 months I am in Dubai & was missing Indian taste so thought of trying Saffron Hotel Food was amazingly good, wish in the packing order they give papad & shallots too I have seen people staying in near by Hotel only order food from here
