    This isn't a hotel; it’s a SANITARY VIOLATION! The wall-to-wall carpeting is so vile that I was forced to put down towels just to walk across the room. Every surface, including walls and light switches has brown greasy dirt on it. The furniture is worn, the shower has spotty mold between the tiles and the "food" is a depressing display of CANNED BEANS and syrupy tinned fruit. Nothing like the pictures! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We could not locate your stay details at the Hotel as you have used initials to post your first-ever review on TripAdvisor.We respectfully disagree with your comments. All rooms in Savoy Crest do not have wall-to-wall carpets. The rooms are fitted with LVT floor tiles (Luxury Vinyl Tiles). All our rooms are thoroughly sanitised and inspected and we respectfully disagree that the walls and light switches have any greasy dirt or stains. The same applies to the bathroom also.Breakfast buffet has been appreciated by all our guests especially during this unprecedented unique situation in the Middle East. The Hotel has never compromised with the quality of fruits, bakery items, cereals, juices, cold cuts and hot breakfast items which are available to all our guests. Unfortunately, we have never received a complaint from any guest concerning the rooms and breakfast served at the Coffee Shop. We wish you had reported any issues to our 24-hour Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance team and the Duty Manager who all work round-the-clock to assist all guests with any issues highlighted.At the Savoy, we take every genuine criticism and comment as a challenge to improve.     We really enjoyed our stay at Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped.The staff were very kind and friendly to us and always tried their best to fulfill all our requests. Their helpful attitude made our stay even more comfortable.There are several supermarkets near the hotel, and there is also an Indian fast-food place just across the street, which is very convenient.We did not order breakfast, so unfortunately we cannot comment on the hotel restaurant.Overall, we would like to thank the hotel management for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
