    Great Hospitality Despite Limited Amenities

    What an amazing service! The staff here are extremely polite and helpful—I’ve rarely come across such excellent hospitality in a hotel.My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable. However, the amenities could be improved; there is only one restaurant, and the pool is quite small.Overall, the stay was very pleasant, mainly thanks to the outstanding service.     Amazing stay in a difficult situation

    Due to the recent war events, we were offered a stay at this beautiful hotel/apartments by Emirates, after all the flights were cancelled.We ended up staying for 6 nights (February 28/March 6) and it has been the most pleasant experience for us during this difficult times for the city of Dubai.The apartment was just perfect, super clean and offering everything you can possibly need.The pool, jacuzzi and gym helped us immensely to pass our days while awaiting news for a flight back.The meals, served with generous timings, were very various and savory.The area is perfect, closed to the center, but without the craziness of the touristic neighborhood.The whole stuff was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive for anything we’ve needed during an emergency that had overwhelmed everyone.We just want to THANK dearly EVERY single person that work there, from managing director Ashish Nurani, to the incredible guys at the Reception through to the restaurant and cleaning crew, for turning our days of worries into a very positive experience.The smiles and genuine care of everyone working there are going to stay with us forever!We highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Dubai!With sincerely gratitude,Cristiana and Fabio Faroukh Sunny, General Manager at Savoy Suites, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for choosing the Savoy Suites Hotel.     I didn’t have a good experience at Savoy Suites!!!Mr Kirti at the Reception was totally not helpful!!!I asked him if he could give me change so I could take a taxi ,he refused!!I asked him to add the amount to my bill and he refused again!!I was helpless so my really requested him but he did not pay any heed!!His behavior appalled me!! We regret we could not meet your demands at that specific point in time.It was very unfortunate that there was an increase in cash transactions due to many check-outs that morning. We had little change left. The Receptionist on duty did try to source change from other places but regret we could not obtain any. Your request to handover the little change available to you and post it in your room could not be met due to our internal revenue audit compliances.All taxis in Dubai also carry change and accept card payments for your ride.At the Savoy, we take every genuine criticism and staff imperfections highlighted as a challenge to improve.     Good and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast / dinner as good and not expensive. Cleaning room every day. Every say new bottle of water. Nice small swimming pool on roof.
