Location

Centrally located on Baniyas Road, this hotel overlooks Dubai Creek. It is just a short distance to the Dubai Gold Souq and Yacht Club as well as just a few minutes to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Clock Tower, Dubai Museum, the Heritage & Diving Village, the Meydan Racecourse, the Dubai World Trade Centre and the Wonderland Theme & Water Park. It is just 10 min drive to Dubai airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 255 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     We arrived from the airport as soon as we made the booking due to a flight cancellation and Sneha was so kind to quickly get the rooms ready and checked us in smoothly. We stayed for a night only as we thought our flight would push through the next day. Jason was very kind to check us out as well. We would've definitely stayed longer, but due to the unforeseen expenses and unknown departure date, we needed to transfer to a much cheaper hotel. Nonetheless, the service from the breakfast staff was amazing, although there were booming sounds from the intercepted drones or whatever they were. Suresh at the pool restaurant was very helpful to our requests since we have children with us. An amazing location with a stunning view from our room.     A wonderful hotel with amazingly friendly staff who were super attentive. The restaurants within the hotel were very good and the little bar by the pool served lovely food too. At weekends the BBQ is recommended! The rooms are well appointed and towels etc changed regularly. Handy having a fridge for keeping the huge supply of water cold! Shower and separate bath in well appointed bathroom was appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel especially after we had to remain there during the conflict with Iran. We had to stay an extra 5 days and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was a real treat every day as the choice was mind boggling.     Worst hospitality in Dubai

    Dear General Manager,Please note that i made reservation for IFTAR in Hatta restaurant today 5th March and suprise upon arrival front office and F&B team saying restaurant is close and i have confirm reservation via email which i found it strange and unprofessional.My pregnant wife and I fasting full day and coming from far arriving exactly at the iftar time giving us reason our Sales.My concern is opening online in official application by marriott and second concern the hospitality of Food and beverage team not offering even bottle of water to break the fast except very kind person his name Tarek offer some water down in the entrance once leaving the hotel.Thank you and sorry for the brand and my complaint will not stop here , corporate office will receive same email and with more details.
