Location

Dubai International Airport is approximately 42 km from the property.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 356 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Great Value Stay with Room for Improvement

    Stayed at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort and overall it’s a very solid hotel in one of the best locations in Dubai.Check-in was smooth and efficient. I actually booked a regular room but got upgraded to a 4-bedroom suite, which was an amazing surprise and really appreciated.The location is perfect, right by JBR with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need within walking distance.Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception and in public areas. However, I felt housekeeping could be a bit more welcoming and consistent in guest interaction.The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable, which made the stay very relaxing. That said, the rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovation, but the amazing view of JBR helped balance that out.Amenities are good, with a nice pool and well-equipped gym.Breakfast was excellent, especially with lounge access, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.Overall, I’d rate this hotel 4/5.     Fab stay at the sheraton

    Currently here for a babymoon with my partner and couldnt wait to write my review. The staff have been above and beyond. Room is cleaned and very nice with the loveliest welcome. Breakfast is fab. Reception staff have been really helpful with check-in, helping us receive lost luggage and general day to day friendliness. I love it here! Dont want to leave! Also so so close to the beach and jbr the walk (very important for pregnant ladies!).     Lovely hotel

    Lovely hotel, very clean. We stayed in room 1614 we couldn’t fault it. The room was kept spotlessly clean for the time we stayed there. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel. The food was good but we thought it got a bit repetitive throughout the week. We were all inclusive, we also found the drinks menu didn’t have much variety, only offering two types of beer, a few cocktails and wine. More choices would have been good. The pool was nice but a bit small and it was shaded by 1pm each day. However the staff especially the lifeguards were so helpful and polite. The hotel is well situated five minutes walk to the beach and marina.
