    Bed clones! At least in studio (room) 408. This is the worst thing that can happen in a hotel. Dirt, dirty bed linen, bad smell or even cockroaches... anything is better than bed clones! Yes, I understand that there is a category of people who do not react to their bites. But for me it is a disaster! I was bitten all over and this is a strong allergy and itching. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights after that because of the itching and I suffered for 3 days too. And this is in a hotel for $65 a day! And I paid another $20 for medicine and allergy cream...

    I was here on a solo trip for 3 days. The location was excellent on the Sheikh Zayed road and few mins walk from the metro, which made it very convenient. The room was with a kitchen and equipped with washing machine & fridge. There is also a rooftop pool. The Staff and the service was great. Enjoyed my stay here

    Friendly and helpful staff and they gave us a free upgrade to a better and bigger room . The room was very good sized with a balcony towards the quiet backyard. The room service food was delicious and reasonably priced. All in all we enjoyed Dubai because we could come back to a cosy place to rest.

    We booked the hotel due to its good location right next to Mashreq Metro Station. Their rooms are well equipped but little old and less maintained. The cleaning and maintenance is not that great. Their receptionists are very rude and inconsiderate. They are very unprofessional with guests and disrespectful, dishonest and impolite at times . The staff is quite rude as well. It isn’t worth the money spent. There are better hotel apartments in this area at the same price.

    Typical Indian run hotel so don’t expect a good standard. However the room was ok and through my 2 week stay the staff on the whole were also good. The ‘manager’ however was less than cooperative when my business trip was cut short by a few days refusing to even discuss a refund. This has never happened before in the 25 years I’ve been travelling to Dubai and for that reason I will never use this hotel again.
