The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Rooms

    Would like to name 41 individuals that I have feel have been consistent and excellent in their approach to their roles. Important to note that I feel that there are many more really good staff members that have been very good, but I feel these individuals have just been noticeably professional in their roles and appear to be well rounded individuals in their approach. In no particular order the names are:1) and 2) Lasanthe (housekeeper) and Ajin -(housekeeping manager) House keeping team - Excellent attention to detail and care consistently. Lasanthe has been truly exceptional throughout the last 14 months. I think he would make a fantastic manager in housekeeping or even in another department which he choses. He is very impressive.3) Caroline - Phone handling - Always excellent, consistent and professional in handling calls. 4) and 5) Valet - Taj and Muhammad Munsif - They are always attentive and focused on the job. Truly excellent at their roles Always ready to help without even asking for their help. 6) Belle Femme - Apple - Over the last year Apple has been always been smiling every time I greet her. She’s professional, very kind and helpful. 7) and 8) Spa - Anita and Gede. Gede has been excellent at the Spa reception, always very friendly and professional. Anita has been very friendly too, and she has very calm energy which is perfect for the spa. She’s been very professional, proactive and efficient in managing requests and complaints.9) Downstairs hotel reception - Scott - Always very presentable, polite and pro-active in his approach to guests. 10) 11) 12) 39) and 40) Security: Victor, Edwin and Muhammad Ali - Professional and proactive in their roles. Their personalities are very different but they are very skilled and tactful in managing guests and managing the issues that arise. Ashish and Touseef have also been excellent from the security management team. They are very skilled in managing conflict situations.13 and 14) S-Bar: Nikos and Ikram - Ikram: Been here more recently but she has been very professional, greets with a smile, is helpful, and appears focused always. Nikos is very presentable and professional. His vibe fits well with the brand. 15) 74th Floor: Larissa - Probably the most improved staff member over the last year. She’s smiling more, professional in her approach and looks very presentable at the reception.16) Management: Goran - Really has shown admirable and exemplary leadership as a GM before the tough times and also during the tough times. His level of genuine care for the hotel is unrivalled to anything I’ve seen before. 17) 18) 19) and 20) Reception: Ahmed, Bryant and Elizabeth and Angel have been very excellent and helpful consistently in handling reception/ front desk issues. 21 and 22) Ellamia: Hamdi, and Celine are always smiling, and are doing a perfect job in their roles. Even when they’re busy, they are doing their jobs with a smile. 23) 24) 25 26) 27) and 28) Filia: Maya, Lara, Isabella and Irene have been consistently all rounded individuals, excellent to see them in the evenings at Filia. Una the chef is also always smiling even when she’s super busy and her pizzas are always top. Shylet and Bella from the mornings and afternoons at Breakfast and at Filia are always positive, smiling, professional and kind in their interactions. This is very refreshing in the mornings ti have this energy. 29) 30) 31) 32) and 33) Privilege: Sarah, Jovan, Sherie, Geoffray have been excellent. And the gentleman doing the Shisha with the long black hair is also excellent 34) and 35) DJ Dio and DJ Ona absolutely excellent energy with their sets. 36) Fabio from operations has been very professional and kind in interactions. 37) and 38) Engineers: Sanjay and Sunil. Professional, efficient and quick in their work.41) Adrian from marketing. He’s very SLS. Excellent manager for marketing. Consistently positive in energy. Always smiling. Very professional and efficient in handling any issues.     The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mina who escorted us to the spa and the pool where we were met with the great Privilege team that catered to our every need.
