    Hi! The staying here was the best decision ever!Great team, the stuff was very friendly and really helpful in all issues we had, very clear, very tasty and so many special upgrades we got!!!My family used to travel a lot and I must confess this experience was the best ever🤗🤗🤗By the way the location is so great!     Would like to leave 0 stars, reservation was cancelled due to recent events. Was told I’d receive a full refund within 14 days, it’s now another 2 weeks since with no refund. Have sent many emails to the hotel to which they respond with a blank email back to me, no context just the footer of the email - this has happened at least 4 times.Credit card company is also involved and the hotel a choosing to not reply to them either. Please could someone kindly respond with an update for me.
