Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 543 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Truly a luxury stay with amazing sea views

    We stayed here and it was truly a luxury experience. Thanks to Luc, the Guest Relations Manager, we were upgraded to the Signature Palm Suite with sea view, and the room was truly amazing.It had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation, plus small touches that made it feel even more luxurious. For example, when you enter the room during the day, the lights do not turn on right away. Instead, the curtains open automatically, giving you a beautiful sea view and natural light.The rest of the hotel was also great. They have a very nice gym overlooking the sea, and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. All the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful.Can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a calm and relaxing stay by the sea.

    Came for dinner at Porterhouse. The meal and service inside were good, but unfortunately the overall experience was let down by the valet service.We waited close to an hour outside for our car to be returned. During that time, we were repeatedly told it was “on the way,” but there was little clarity or communication. The valet area itself appeared quite disorganised, with keys and tickets not handled in a structured way, which didn’t inspire confidence.When we were finally taken to our car, it would not start due to a flat battery. This was surprising given the car is brand new and had no prior issues. The staff assisted with a jump start, but the situation added significant delay and frustration to the end of the evening.Overall, while the restaurant itself was enjoyable, the valet experience needs serious improvement. It took away from what should have been a smooth and high-quality visit.
