    Although I totally understand visitors numbers have dropped considerably it would be nice if hotel updated its services and amenities. We booked on the understanding there was two different shuttle buses, also Buffett dinner each night. Neither of these were on offer. So no shuttle buses and set dinner each night. The rooms were totally adequate if a little tired. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the metro which was a bonus. Two pools on 1st floor - not the best. I wouldn’t recommend this as a holiday hotel definitely a business hotel.

    This was our first stay in Dubai and we couldn't fault it one bit! The hotel itself and rooms were very clean and everywhere very spacious. We only had breakfast included and there were lots of choice and good quality. The room we had must have been upgraded as it was huge! Amazing views of Dubai and of the marina too. The location was perfect, a short walk to the marina and beach, and nearby restaurants and shops etc. to explore. Ideal location if you are wanting a base to get out and about.     This was too close to the main motorway in Dubai not in the marina, this was at least 5 mins walk away. Would have been ok if it was not full of Russians. Who were rude to both staff and visitors and very loud! This is an ok hotel for a few days but not as your main holiday destination.Can’t fault the following members of staff Mohammad ( reception was excellent very helpful) Marife and Roy in the Resturant, they were an absolute pleasure and very accommodating, a real asset to this hotel. Thank you for everything 😁😁Jonaid the lifeguard for sorting out our sun beds - thank you Mah bahadur for looking after our room, your attention to detail was excellent ( room 1907) The lack of information ie no pool towel cards when we checked in, plus no information as to when the bar was open or when the other Resturants were open. Only found the buffet Resturant which was the only one open. Would not return for a holiday to this hotel.
